by WEB DESIGN TEAM

May was focused on service-page tooling and repeatable implementation. Several workflows that were once handled manually started moving into internal apps, making it easier to create, edit, preview and export content with more consistency. The main goal was to reduce repetitive work while keeping the final output closer to what is needed for implementation.

Wizard Services Pages updates
Problem
Creating and updating service pages still required too much manual work, especially when layouts, modules and responsive behaviours changed.
Solution
We updated the Wizard Services Pages app to better support the new PSS and PDS structures, with improved generation, preview and export logic.
Impact
The app is becoming a more complete internal tool for building service pages faster, with fewer inconsistencies and less manual code adjustment.
FAQ App

FAQ App
Problem
FAQ blocks were often created or edited manually, which made repeated implementations slower and more exposed to formatting inconsistencies.
Solution
We created an internal FAQ App that supports both new FAQ creation and editing existing FAQ blocks through imported HTML.
Impact
The tool makes FAQ production faster, cleaner and easier to implement, exporting HTML and CSS together in a single ready-to-use block.
New service page modules
KNOW MORE +
Services UX Components Responsive
Problem
New service pages needed updated modules that could support richer content while staying consistent across different service types.
Solution
We updated service-page structures and created reusable modules for related services, content blocks, card areas and Buy Box improvements.
Impact
The result is a more modern and reusable service-page experience, reducing manual work and improving consistency between pages.

Implementation quality

Focused on reducing small inconsistencies between manual implementations by moving more logic into repeatable tools, reusable modules and cleaner export flows.

Team Activity
May combined daily delivery with a strong push on internal app maturity. The team focused on tools that make implementation faster without removing control from the people using them. Preview, export quality and reusable structures were recurring priorities across the month.
01
Preview reduces risk

Seeing the final structure before implementation helps catch issues earlier.

02
Export must be complete

A useful tool should deliver code that is close to implementation-ready.

03
Familiar flows matter

Apps are adopted faster when they reuse interaction patterns the team already understands.

04
Reusable modules save time

Shared structures reduce repeated decisions and make future pages easier to maintain.

Internal Tools
Strengthening app outputs

The next step is to keep improving the quality of exported code, making internal apps more reliable for real implementation and easier to use by different people in the team.

CMS
Connecting tools to CMS workflows

We will continue exploring how these tools can fit more naturally into existing CMS and implementation processes, reducing the gap between creation, preview and publishing.
